How to Donate

Using GoFundMe, 100% of donations made will go to organizations working in prevention, recovery, or the consequences of Substance Use Disorder. Nationally to the Recovery Research Institute connected with Harvard and Massachusettes General that works to find, develop, and communicate best practices for treatment of SUD. In Joel’s home area of Asheville, Haywood Street Congregation focuses on aiding the Homeless population, one of the many challenging common sequela of long term SUD. And in Clay's current home area of Salida, CO, Family and Youth Initiatives has strong programs geared toward the prevention of SUD within the young population, the most vulnerable, and PERCS uses the peer recovery support modality, a proven recovery approach.
